Locate the Serial Number on Your PIXMA Pro-1

Answer

The Serial Number is printed on a sticker and visible when the top cover of your printer is open, as shown in the image below.

  • It begins with four letters and ends with five digits.
    (Example: VVPP00018)

  • It is visible even with printer is powered off.
