The expired certificate notice

When installing the scanner driver for your Canon product on a Macintosh computer:

  1. If you see the following message:

  2. Select Show Certificate to display the following information:
    screen shot of the developer ID installer: Canon certificates

 

What to do to finish safe installation

  1. Select Continue to proceed with the installation.  
  2. The driver will install normally.
