If you want to use your product via USB with a Windows 10 S device, simply plug your device into an available USB port. If a driver is not automatically installed, run Windows Update with your product connected with a USB cable.
If you want to use a printer across a network:

Open the Control Panel by holding the Windows key
and pressing the letter R. In the Run window, type "control panel" (without quotation marks) and click OK.

Click Devices and Printers.

Click Add a Printer.

In the new window that appears, click on your printer and then click Next.

A driver will be installed. When this process has finished, click Finish.
