How to create Jobs using CaptureOnTouch v4 (and later)

Answer

  1. Launch CaptureOnTouch from your Windows menu.


    Note: If you add it in the Taskbar, that would make it easier for you to launch next time.

     
  2. Select scanner, then click [OK].

     
  3. Push "+" to create New Shortcut (Job) icon.


    You can change the Job Name and you can you edit the settings.


    You can select the destination of the scanned images (e.g. folder on Desktop) from Output tab.

    You can set the standard settings from the pull-down menu.

    You can set more detailed settings once the "Advanced settings dialog box" has been checked .


     
  4. Once you have made the changes you want, click the [Close] button to save the settings.
