Beginning with Catalina (Mac OS 10.15), Apple stopped supporting TWAIN.
In order to scan using our imageFORMULA scanners with Mac Catalina (OS 10.15), you MUST use BOTH our latest TWAIN driver for Mac AND the latest CaptureOnTouch (for Mac) in order to scan. No other scanning applications are supported at this time.
