Cause

Top cover or print head locking cover is open.

What to Do

Open the top cover and make sure the print head locking cover is closed properly.

Make sure there are no foreign objects caught in the top cover, and then close the top cover.

If this error appears again, close the top cover, turn the power off, wait a moment, and then turn the power back on.

Note

• If installing a print head, close the top cover after finishing.
