If you have multiple memory cards, initialize or format another memory card and take some test shots. If these images play back normally, the card that shows the error message has a malfunction.
When the shutter does not release, please refer to the sections below for possible solutions. Securely mounting the lens The shutter may not be released if the lens is not securely mounted.
If image stabilization cannot prevent camera shake, mount the camera on a tripod or take other measures to hold it still. In this case, set [IS Mode] to [Off].
