Set the Ink Intensity (Windows) MP140
|
The Intensity setting controls the amount of ink placed on the paper. The higher the intensity the darker (more ink) the printed image will be. If the Intensity setting is set too high, the printed page may become too wet and curl or streak. The coloring can be adjusted manually for all items, or automatically using ICM (Windows color correcting function). Follow the instructions below to adjust the ink intensity settings. If the ink cartridge is not locked into place, the cartridge may not be detected properly, or can cause an error or keep the carriage from moving freely. *One black cartridge and one color cartridge must be installed in the machine in order for the printer to operate. It does not matter if the capacities do not match.
