Print Spooler service depends on RPC to be started (running)
Print Spooler service is a component and requires Remote Procedure Call (RPC) to be started before the component itself can be started. Right-click on 'Print Spooler' and select 'Start'. If an error appears and or Print Spooler cannot be started, right-click on Print Spooler

"Error Loading XML" when trying to view the e-Manual
When viewing the e-Manual, and error message reading " Error loading XML..." (the content of "...." varies according to the displayed screen) may be displayed, or certain parts of the screen may not be displayed. In these cases perform the following operations. Doing so may enable the e-Manual to be displayed properly.

When extracting the driver files to the computer, click "Unzip" not "Run WinZip".
