Learn where to find the serial number of the PIXMA TS5120.

Solution

Serial Number

  1. On the HOME screen, select Setup

  2. Select System information
    The Serial Number will be listed among the System Information items.

*Alternatively, the serial number can be found on a white sticker on the back of the machine. "Serial Number" is printed on the top line, with a barcode below that and the serial number below the barcode. The serial number consists of 4 alpha characters followed by 5 digits, for example, ABCD12345

Please note that AZDK is part of the FCC information and is not the serial number for your printer.
