Remove a Jam

  1. Pull out the rear cover.

  2. Lift up the transport unit cover, then pull it out.

  3. Slowly pull the paper out.

If you can't pull out the paper, open the paper output tray.

Don't touch the inner parts of the machine.

  1. Insert the transport unit cover to the back of the machine.

  2. Insert the rear cover to the back of the machine.

If you weren't able to remove the paper in step 3

  1. Detach the lower and upper cassettes.

  2. Slowly pull the paper out.

  3. If the paper protrudes from the cassette, remove the paper, then reload it after aligning the edges of the sheets.

  4. Attach the cassettes to the machine, then tap OK on the touch screen.

Make sure you are using the right paper and that it is loaded correctly
