Loading Paper into the Paper Cassette when there is a <Load Paper> Error (MF4300 Series/D480)

For MF4350d The MF4350d is used for illustration purposes in this section. 1 . Open the paper feeding tray . 2. Take out the dust cover from inside the machine.

Paper is Jammed in Cassette 2 (1312 Error) - MG7720

If you were not able to remove the paper in step 2: Detach cassette 1 and cassette 2. Slowly pull out paper.

If you were not able to remove the paper in step 3: Detach cassette 1 and cassette 2. Slowly pull out the jammed paper.

Detach cassette 1 and cassette 2. Slowly pull out the paper. If paper protrudes from cassette, remove paper and reload it after aligning edges of sheets.
