Solutions If you have a photo ink cartridge installed in printer (BC-06 or BC-22), make sure the Color model section on the Graphics tab is set to Photo color. If you currently have a regular color cartridge installed in your Canon printer (BC-05, BC-21e) then make sure the Color Model is set to Color.
