Canon shall not be liable for any damage to this product and/or accidents such as fire, etc., caused by the malfunction of non-genuine Canon accessories ( e .g., a leakage and/or explosion of a battery pack). 2. The temperature outside or inside is low. We recommend charging the battery pack in temperatures between 32 degrees F and 104 degrees F.

The serial number of this product is located underneath the battery on the body of the camcorder. Please remove the main battery to view the serial number.
