In playback pause, repeatedly press the button on the wireless controller to advance /reverse one frame at a time or hold the button pressed down to play back the recording in a continuous frame advance /reverse mode.

Various third party software applications are available to assist in uploading your videos to your computer's hard drive for playback, but most video editing software packages do not currently have the ability to edit these files.
