For camcorders that have been upgraded by a Canon Factory Service Center to offer switchable NTSC ( 60 i) > PAL (50i) operation please follow the below steps to change operating modes. below (For information regarding converting a Canon pro series HD camcorder to multi-system operation please see )
A modification can be performed to the XL-H1 series as well as the XH, XF, and XA (XA10 excluded) series HD camcorders to permit switching between NTSC and PAL recording modes. This modification must be performed by the Canon Factory Service center and is only available to end users.
If the camcorder displays the Eject Tape warning this indicates that the tape did not load correctly. To correct this issue please try to remove the cassette and reload and/or try a new tape. If after these attempts the camcorder still will not properly load a tape then service may be required.
The CH-910 can charge two battery packs consecutively. You can also power the camcorder by connecting the CH-910 with charged battery packs to the camcorder. When you attach two battery packs, a battery pack can be exchanged without interrupting the power supply.
