CMS-XML Resolve Cannot Playback Image Message for the EOS M3 or EOS M10
If you have multiple memory cards, initialize or format another memory card and take some test shots. If these images play back normally, the card that shows the error message has a malfunction.
CMS-XML [Unidentified Image] message is displayed, and the image will not play back.
Solution Errors in image playback may occur as a result of the following problems. ・Image format is unsupported
CMS-XML The camera cannot be connected with a computer / The computer does not recognize the camera (EOS M10)
The supported software version may differ depending on the camera you use and the operating system installed on the computer.(Version 2.1 X or later is supported.)
