UHS speed class memory cards and Canon cameras

About memory card classes The UHS Speed Class was introduced in 2009 by the SD Association and is designed for SDHC and SDXC memory cards. UHS uses a new communication method which allows much higher transfer speeds when used in compatible devices. If you use a UHS memory card in a non-UHS device the card will only operate at the devices standard bus speed.

2. Do you have the latest Digital Photo Professional? If you already have Digital Photo Professional installed on your computer, go to the toolbar and select [ Help ], then select [About] to confirm the version of your software.

The camera does not detect the memory card

4. If this has not resolved your issue then it may be necessary to contact the card manufacturer in case there is an issue with the card in question. If you own other memory cards you may wish to also try them in this product to verify if the issue is with the card in question.

Resolve Cannot Playback Image Message for the EOS M3 or EOS M10
|
If you have multiple memory cards, initialize or format another memory card and take some test shots. If these images play back normally, the card that shows the error message has a malfunction.

NOTE If your computer does not meet the System Requirements for EOS Utility, you can import images using a card slot on the computer or a commercially available card reader. Importing images to a PC (using Windows functions / Windows 7)

For example, if you create a "holiday" tag, even if images with that tag are saved in different folders, you can list all of those images by selecting that tag. By using this option, you can speed up your image searches. For details, please refer to Windows Help .
