If You Cannot Receive a Fax
|
Make sure paper is loaded in the machine. [ Loading Paper into the Paper Cassette Slow down the receive speed.

Remove foreign object from paper feed area (B95)
|
is displayed, follow this procedure to remove paper or obstructions from the machine. Remove any remaing paper from the ASF. If paper is jammed in the multi-purpose tray , gently pull the paper out (in either direction) of the fax . After paper is removed from the ASF, open the document tray.
