During normal operation, the LED on each camera is green (as long as there is power attached, and they have not been turned off with the wireless controller). If a preset position is restored when the camera is in manual focus mode, the camera may be out of focus once it has moved to the preset position. Adjust the focus manually or press the button on the wireless controller to switch to auto-focus.
