If you are a Mac OS user, see "Canon Fax Driver Guide" for installing the fax driver and see the Fax Driver's Help for using fax functions (see the "e-Manual" (HTML manual) in the DVD-ROM supplied with the machine). Receiving Faxes
|
The machine can print received fax documents on A4 or Letter size paper. If received fax documents are printed on other paper sizes, a portion of the page may not be printed or a page may be printed on two separate sheets of paper.

Storing Received Faxes into Memory (Memory Reception)
|
You can store received faxes into memory, and then print them later. This feature can prevent unauthorized persons from seeing confidential documents unintentionally.

If You Cannot Receive a Fax
|
You cannot receive faxes. Machine does not switch automatically between telephone and fax calls. You cannot receive faxes and an error report is printed .
