Set the paper Type to Plain, Plain 2, Recycled, or Color
|
Set the paper Type to Plain, Plain 2, Recycled, or Color If the paper type is set to anything other then Plain, Plain 2 , Recycled or Color the machine will receive an error any time a fax is received. To avoid that error change the paper type to a supported setting.

When <Incorrect Size/Setting> Appears This message appears when the paper size loaded in the paper cassette or multi-purpose tray (manual feed slot) does not match the size specified in <Drawer 1>, <Drawer 2 >, or <Multi-Purpose Tray> in the <Paper Settings> menu. When this message appears, follow the steps in the procedure below.

ERROR LCD: Cannot find access point.
|
Repeat the setup again using the WPS function. Push Button Mode: Press the WPS button within two minutes from the start of the search for an access point. - "Setting the Machine Using WPS (Push Button Mode)"

ERROR LCD: Cannot write
|
Cause 1: Because the memory media was pulled out while data was being written in the media, writing failed. Action: Make sure that the memory media is not pulled out, and then perform the writing again. Cause 2 : Images were not be able to be transferred to the memory media properly

ERROR LCD: Adjustment failed.

"Paper Cassette" Cause 2 : The toner ran out completely during the automatic gradation adjustment. Action: Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
