The printer is not connected to the computer via a USB cable. The printer is turned off. The downloaded file( s ) is not for the printer software upgrade.
If setup does not automatically locate installation files and the below message appears, open Device Manager and update the device driver( s ) by browsing to C:\Windows folder.
Using the Machine from Additional Computers Install software including the drivers on the computer from which you want to use the machine. Other settings are not required.
