If, after upgrading your computer's operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 and you receive an error message while printing or PC Faxing is not available (MP390 and MP730 only), uninstall and reinstall the Canon MP drivers.
Easy-WebPrint is unavailable with Internet Explorer 7.0. Internet Explorer 7.0 includes many of the same printer functions as Easy-WebPrint. Therefore, Easy-WebPrint cannot be installed on a computer with Internet Explorer 7.0 installed. Also, after upgrading IE6.0 to IE7.0 on a PC with the latest Easy-WebPrint installed, Easy-WebPrint will not be available and an error message dialog will be displayed upon starting IE7.0 .

USBSCAN.SYS is a Windows system file and required by the scan driver. If the system file is missing, a message will appear while installing the scan driver or will appear when attempting to scan. Examples: "An error occurred while files were being copied" or "Cannot communicate with scanner".
