If a paper jam occurs during printing (when the support code 1300 is displayed), follow the procedure below. Removing Jammed Paper through the Paper Output Slot Hold jammed paper firmly with both hands and pull it out slowly.
If the paper jams while printing business cards, multiple errors may be displayed in succession. Check the printer's LCD and take the appropriate action for the error. 1071 error is displayed
Cause An incompatible print setting combination has been specified for the paper loaded in the rear tray. To disable notifications for this error, disable the function to detect paper setting mismatch
