Delete queued print jobs to resolve printing errors (Mac OS X)

To resolve Print Head alignment errors, move the printer from strong light source

Press the RESUME/CANCEL button to clear the error (1700)

Connect the USB interface cable properly to avoid communication errors

Transporting the printer - Pro9000 / Pro9500

Turn off Color Correction from the driver (Windows) Pro9000 / Pro9500

Return the Front Tray to its normal printing position - Pro9000 / Pro9500

Set Color Mode to Linear Tone (Mac OS X) Pro9000 / Pro9500
