This article provides information on the cause of support code 2113 on the MAXIFY MB2320 / MB5320. It also provides information on how to proceed if you encounter this error.
When one or more of the printer’s ink cartridges has been detected as being empty, the 1688 support code will appear on your printer. To scan when the printer is in that condition, you should either (1) replace each ink cartridge that the printer has detected as being empty and then close the printer’s cover, or (2) disable the function that detects the level of ink remaining in each such ink cartridge.
Error code B200 (or related errors B201 / B202 / B203 / B204 / B205 / B206 / B207) generally means that print head communication has failed and that your printer will require service or replacement.
