|
A high resolution (600dpi etc.) is specified for [Dots per inch]. If an error message appears due to insufficient memory while scanning is in progress, exit the application, change the scanning conditions (e.g. reduce the resolution or page size) and then try scanning again. In addition, the amount of memory used can be contained by turning off [Moire Reduction] and [Prevent Bleed Through / Remove Background] if they are set to on.

Error: Invalid Password when attempting to log into the ScanFront 400.
|
One reason you might be receiving this error is that you have a space in your password. To correct this, please change your password (to exclude spaces).

Error: Scan Mode is not Selected (CaptureOnTouch)

The error "Scan mode is not selected" while using CaptureOnTouch indicates that when you attempted to scan, the Document Type was not selected first (Step 1 ).

It is quite possible that when the driver or CaptureOnTouch software was installed, one of the permissions was not set properly. To correct this, follow the steps below:

Error on computer screen: Double feed has been detected

The below error may appear when the path for temporary scanned files are directed to a folder on a network drive. Change the path on the General tab in Preferences window off of the MP Navigator EX screen. icon. The MP Navigator EX navigation mode screen or one -click mode screen opens.
