CMS-XML Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to ensure a secure connection
You should disconnect and reconnect the USB cable at ends to ensure there is a secure connection on the device side as well as the computer side. (Refer to the illustration below to confirm the USB cable is in the proper orientation.) It may also be necessary to try a different USB port on the computer.
