Cannot find the scanner while attempting to start CaptureOnTouch (DR-C225)

If you have installed another scanner after this one, it is possible that the USB Registry entry has been altered and needs repair . Please download the "Restoration Tool for Windows Registry" and run it. It only takes a moment.

ERROR: Device cannot be Locked.

Double-click on the "DR Scanner" folder. Double-click on the "Registry Repair " folder. Double-click on "RepairReg.exe" to open the application.
