5. Professional Liability Insurance/ Errors and Omissions: (if applicable to services contemplated) Policies insuring against liability for errors and omissions covering the professional activities contemplated under this Agreement in an amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each claim The foregoing insurance policies shall be on a primary and on a non-contributory basis to any other insurance which may be carried by Company, including completed operations.
