If MP Navigator EX or other scanning application does not start or quits unexpectedly (Mac)

If TWAIN scan applications quit unexpectedly when launching or display an error message then quit, move third party data source files from the TWAIN Data Source folder*. *If there is only the Canon Data Source (in the case of network-capable models, there will be 2 sources), then delete the file( s ) following the steps below, then download and install the latest scanner driver from the Download Library at the Canon USA . Enter the model name of your product in the search box and wait until its name appears under the box. Click the name of the product and then click Get Drivers & Downloads

Replace ink tank(s) MP600
|
Use the following procedure to replace empty ink tanks or when an ink tank error appears. Open the inner cover. Press the ink tank's tab (1), then remove it from the slot ( 2 ). Unpack the ink tank and pull the orange tape off completely in the direction of the arrow and remove the film.
